I now have been 40 days in captivity. Thank God I am at my beach condo in Belleair Beach, Florida, and the views of the Gulf of Mexico are always relaxing, and the sunsets spectacular.
Does not mean that I would not love to hop on a plane and go somewhere, as I have done faithfully for four decades. Nobody has a clue as to when that will be.
So, for now, I do my best to stay connected, and to share ideas with colleagues in the industry, as well as my Columbia students.
Thank God for Zoom and similar platforms that allow us to look at each other, share screens and conduct conversations.
