Air disasters always get a tremendous amount of coverage in the media.  When that event involves a deliberate act from a co pilot who apparently wanted to destroy the plane, take his life  and take everyone on board with him, then it becomes an unthinkable act.  These are difficult to cover events, as journalists and photographers must cover the story with dignity and respect for the victims and their families.

I will be updating this blog post thru the weekend as more pages emerge from around the world.

Below, images of Spanish newspapers covering a story that is quite local, since 38 Spaniards were on board the ill fated flight.
